RF Technician
Description
Summary/Objective
The RF Technician responses in development flow until to production. Need help in part manufacture, cable/connector soldering, sample making, test/measure, and product assembly, condition setting, tooling/fixture debug or modify, test/trial run and release to production. Need to know drawing, soldering process, RF cables, and mechanical engineering knowledges.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
- Work directly with product development engineer, tooling design engineer and QA dept.
- Make significant contributions to design, development, and validation of RF connector solutions (including but not limited to board, cable, high speed up to 100G products).
- Work hands on to identify problems during new product development and/or when quality concerns arise.
- Adhere to all corporate engineering standards including but not limited to documentation, file management, part modelling, part simulation.
- Autonomously plan and schedule own daily tasks, develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

Required Experience
- Experience in electrical connector design, plastic injection molding, and progressive die stamping is preferred.
- Experience in engineering design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in simulation software (FEA, CFD/thermal modeling, etc.) is preferred, but not required.
