Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of IH facility infrastructure
a. Ensure basic utilities are maintained – water, lights
b. Illumination & retrofit
c. Surge protector management & monitoring
d. Energy management & monitoring
e. Correction of Hazard – roof leaks, etc.
2. Recycling program & facility cleanliness
a. Ensure recycling routines are maintained - ensure wastes are properly segregated and disposed.
b. Grounds / landscape management
c. Pest controls & trash removal
3. Others
a. IH Fire Fighting system
b. Furniture disposal
c. Procurement of maintenance & repair supplies and/or services
d. MSDS system update & maintenance
e. Spill Kit Inspection – management
4. Any other job related duties as assigned by management..
5. Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions.
Required Experience:
- 3 years related experience / similar position.
Preferred Education:
1. Diploma / related technical or equivalent experience.
