We are looking for a person who can contribute to research and development of advanced PHY designs for Wi-Fi solutions.



  • Research and develop advanced PHY designs for Wi-Fi (802.11)
  • Evaluate the PHY designs through simulations and deliver solutions to the product team


  • Excellent understanding of wireless communication systems
  • Expertise on OFDM, OFDMA, and MIMO
  • Good understanding of Digital Signal Processing, Estimation Theory and Adaptive Signal Processing fundamentals
  • Experience with algorithm modeling in C, C++ and Matlab: Capability of writing and understanding link level simulation code
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills



  • M.S. or Ph.D. in EE
  • Expertise on IEEE 802.11 standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) – Huge plus
  • Expertise on Cellular standards (3GPP LTE/NR/WiMAX)
  • Capability of writing and understanding system level simulation code
