Job Title: Sr. Executive Admin


We are looking for a top tier Executive Admin to support one of our global business leaders by providing exemplary operational support to one of our Sr. Sr Vice Presidents and their team


  • Extensive calendaring including organizing meetings, conference calls with management team, customers, etc. and employee meetings with the Business Leader
  • Perform special projects and provide a service that is in line with the Business Leader’s work habits and preferences including support to the Business Leader and directors outside of the normal business hours to handle unexpected requests.
  • Answer and screen the Business Leader’s calls
  • Make complex travel arrangements for the Business Leader as well as top management for the HQ
  • Manage internal communications on behalf of the Business Leader including weekly staff meeting and agendas and minutes, company meetings. Prepare correspondence on behalf of the Business Leader including the drafting of general replies
  • Prepare expense reports TA, PA, PRs etc. Create PP presentations and reports
  • Handle confidential material in sensitive and professional manner
  • Provide support to other SSI management team members. Ensure guest meetings with the Business Leader are well taken care of
  • Support and coordinate Samsung events and VIP attendees. Schedule company wide use of conference rooms order catering
  • Errands, filing handling incoming and outgoing mail, and contact list organization. Miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • 2-5 years administrative experience preferred. Associate degree required
  • Fluent in Korean language required
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest commissions, proportions, percentages area, circumference volume
  • Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thing to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
  • Knowledge of database systems: development systems, internet, project management systems, presentation software spreadsheet software and word
  • Professional discretionary skills, strong organizational skills, time management and ability to multi task
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail, flexibility
  • Familiarity with Korean customs and practices.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise


  • 2 – 5 years of experience
  • Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bi-lingual – Korean/English
  • High level verbal and written communications skills

  • BA degree
