Salsa has over 1300 stores worldwide and now we are opening a new store in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre (Dublin). We look for a Customer Assistant to work in a full time role
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure and provide an excellent level of customer service in the store
- Achieving Sales and KPI targets
- Assist in maintaining VM standards on the shop floor
- To be a Salsa Brand Ambassador sharing your knowledge about the product & brand
About Profile
We look for passionate, full of energy and motivated team players to work with the management store team to ensure we deliver our monthly sales targets, maintain an excellent level of customer service acting as a Salsa brand ambassador
To be successful in this role, you’ll need skills and experience working in a similar environment (Fashion Retail or Customer Service).
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service & sales skills
- Passionate about Retail
- Fluent English
- Flexible approach: sales assistants work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and bank holidays
