Who we are looking for…

Sail Internet is seeking a Strategic Account Executive - Multifamily to help us expand our network and bring Sail Internet’s 5-Star rated high speed internet service into homes and businesses in the Bay Area.

Their Goal…

The goal of the Strategic Account Executive is to target multifamily properties and engage with owners, property managers, tenants and residents and close wireless roof and building access agreements.  

What they will bring to the table…

The Strategic Account Executive will have a strong skillset and background in sales and business development of products or services to Multifamily decision makers.  

This person needs to have a thorough understanding of pipeline management and reporting on mid to long sales cycle transactions.  The ideal candidate will have 7+ years’ experience in sales, strategic sales or business development and show a proven track record of identifying target prospects, engaging with key decision makers, and closing agreements with them.  The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to prospect and cold call as necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Close wireless roof and building access agreements with Multifamily properties
  • Support subscriber growth initiatives within assigned Multifamily properties
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual target objectives
  • Establish results-oriented relationships with key multifamily decision makers, homeowners’ associations and property managers
  • Cross-functionally work with marketing and engineering organizations within Sail Internet to achieve objectives
  • Provide timely reports and updates on opportunity pipelines and forecast

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Results and goal oriented, entrepreneurial and a team player
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas or goals in tech, internet services or real estate
  • Proficiency in structuring and closing complex deals involving multiple dependencies
  • 7+ years sales and business development experience
  • Outbound cold calling and inbound follow up skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and other software tools
  • Ability to operate in a fast moving, high growth environment
