Description
Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
Qualifications:
Seven (7) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and
complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science,
Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from
an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be
substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Position Required Skills:
- Experience using the Linux CLI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience collaborating with mission customers to gather product requirements,
document/report project status, roadblocks, risks, and challenges
- Experience tracking and managing product requirements to ensure requirements align
with project goals
- Experience with creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system architecture,
configurations, project status, and project schedules
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience as a Scrum Master in facilitating Scrum teams to ensure adherence to Agile
principles and practices
- Experience with CI/CD concepts, principles, and best practices using tools such as
GitLab CI
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
Position Desired Skills:
- Experience with Git Version Control System
- Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Familiar with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
Telework Available: 16 Hours / Week based on tasking
