Description
Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
Required Experience:
A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience.
OR
A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
Required skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including:
- Facilitating conversations with stakeholders
- Gathering and implementing requirements
- Taking comprehensive notes and following through with
action items
- Communicating effectively at the executive level
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Project and project decomposition in JIRA
- Ability to effectively whiteboard processes and ideas
- Prior experience with the SSP accreditation process
Desired prior experience with:
- Enterprise-level information technology or systems
- Cloud computing architectures (AWS)
- Architecture and systems
- Compliance
- The ingestion of critical data feeds into corporate systems
