Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
Job Description:
-Schedule and organize TEMs, ensuring appropriate technical stakeholders are identified and engaged.
-Coordinate pre-meeting materials, capture decisions and action items, and track follow-up activities.
-Assist with facilitating biweekly integration office hours. Coordinate across integration engineering teams.
-Help identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and cross-functional coordination issues.
Required Qualifications:
-Experience working with and communicating across a broad range of stakeholders
-Knowledge of cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS)
-Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in project coordination, including scheduling and organizing meetings and maintaining regular communication across technical teams, or 4+ years of experience in project coordination, including scheduling and organizing meetings and maintaining regular communication across technical teams, in lieu of a degree
Preferred Qualifications:
-Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
