Description
Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
Required Experience:
A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general system engineering experience.
OR
A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in coordinating scheduled-driven, project-level activities
across multiple participants (e.g. roles such as Project Director, Program
Manager, Test Lead)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to accurately synthesize
and summarize complex technical information for a diverse audience
- Experience in working across multiple stakeholders such as government teams,
industry vendors, and internal stakeholders; comfortable with escalating to
Government Leads
- Proficiency with supporting requirements validation activities
- Proficiency with tracking schedules and anticipating logistical challenges
- Proficiency with tool usage of ticketing systems, collaboration platforms, and
dashboard tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps, assess risks, and recommend
prioritization of test activities
