ENSU Product Manager (PPA - 005)
Description
Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a STEM related technical field Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant bexperience
- An additional 5+ years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or solutions architecture with a focus on cloud-native product
Required Skills:
- Direct experience with the AWS Well-Architected Framework (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- At least one year of hands-on experience in GovCloud, C2S, or a similar regulated government cloud environment.
- Proven experience leading teams or developing under an Agile methodology (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Technical Skills:Strong understanding of cloud-native concepts and technologies (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, AWS, Azure).
- Deep familiarity with dataflows, integration patterns, and security within DoD or IC networks.
- Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Gitlab).
- Proficiency in system analysis and design; familiarity with UML is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and evaluate technical proposals.
