Description
Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
Education/Experience:
A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering
experience.
OR
A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an
accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an
accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college
or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of SAFe principles, practices, and competencies at the
Solution Train level
- Expert knowledge of Agile Release Train operations and coordination
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and DevSecOps practices
- Understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and Value Stream concepts
- Knowledge of system requirements management, interface control and
configuration management
- Experience with requirements traceability, verification, and validation approaches
- Proficiency with configuration management and version control systems
- Experience with collaboration tools supporting distributed teams (MS Teams,
Confluence, SharePoint)
- Ability to create technical diagrams and visualizations
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Exceptional facilitation skills for large, diverse audiences across multiple
organizations
- Proven servant leadership mindset with demonstrated coaching ability
- Ability to lead without authority and influence across organizational boundaries
- Experience facilitating consensus-building and conflict resolution in complex
environments
- Capability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent activities and
stakeholder groups
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive
audiences.
