Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
What Required Skills You'll Bring :
- Min 12 years with Bachelors or 10 years with Masters.
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or University.
- Experience in development of products and managed in development environment.
- Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders and actively interacting. Good with documentation. Effectively communicate, both written and verbally, to the technical team, management, and the customer, the status of work, progress, plans, and potential problems and viable solutions in a timely and transparent manner.
- Hands on personality, take ownership, actively engage with team, constant engagement with key stakeholders. Understand team needs, get them what their needs are.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services
- They work with various stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other teams, to gather feedback and shape product requirements
