At Sage, we put colleagues at the heart of everything we do. For that reason, we grant all our colleagues 5 paid volunteer days per year to use at charities of their choice.

We are committed to taking action to help build opportunities in our local communities around the world. For Sage, this is the right way to do business. In early 2019, we announced that together we had raised $1 million for non-profit partners and local communities—a challenge championed by Steve Hare, CEO Sage. But we won’t stop there. Introducing $2 million by 2022. We are empowering our colleagues, partners, customers, and our wider community all over the world to rise up and join us on a new journey of fundraising to raise an ambitious $2 million by 2022. Together, we can make a difference.
