This position supervises and directs the activities of the agency hotline to ensure quality programming is provided. Directly supervises a team of hotline interventionists and responsible for cross-training staff, assisting in answering hotline calls as needed to cover peak times, staff time off, and open shifts.

This position supervises and directs the activities of the agency hotline to ensure quality programming is provided. Directly supervises a team of hotline interventionists and responsible for cross-training staff, assisting in answering hotline calls as needed to cover peak times, staff time off, and open shifts.
This position has significant responsibilities such as implementing evidence-based policies and practices to ensure the effective functioning of the hotline including systems to provide regular review of calls and monitoring file documentation and CaseWorthy entries for effective service delivery and grant compliance. Assures accurate and timely collection of data and completion of required reports.

The specific qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in social work or related field preferred, or equivalent experience required.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention, case management, social work theory, and ethics required.
- Experience in and knowledge of family violence theory preferred.
- Ability to provide culturally competent services and work with diverse staff and clientele in an empathetic and non-judgmental manner.
