Head of Growth, Partner Delivery

Work Location – Remote (From Home in United States)

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction across all divisions to ensure a customized LSAC delivery model that is most effective for CRO clients
  • Provides consultation, direction, and leadership to all departments and employees to ensure operational excellence.
  • Partners globally with other group to develop new business and to deliver existing business
  • Partners with cross functional leadership on the continuous development and improvement of business processes to support teams and to ensure that work is uniform, complete, and managed appropriately
  • Collaborates with the leadership team and other colleagues to enable oversight of operational performance, resourcing, financial health, strategy, and business planning and execution
  • Assists in business development activities, representing company vision

 

 Requirements

  • Expert financial acumen

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing or market research.
  • 12+ years of industry experience required with 5+ years of management responsibility, leading cross-functional teams.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, phones, and photocopiers.

 

Physical Demands

This position requires the frequent and repetitive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Hand and finger dexterity is required.
