Business Sales Developer - Landscape Maintenance 
Responsibilities 
The Branch Business Developer typically works as part of a team within the branch location and is primarily responsible for understanding and identifying new opportunities in the market.  This includes:  
  • relationship building with targeted potential customers
  • prospecting new clients within the market
  • participating in local networking events
  • involvement in trade organizations
  • estimating job costs based on desired scope of work
  • creating and presenting proposals
  • closing on business with new or existing customers and maintaining long term client relationships.
Desired Experience: 
  • Ideal candidates will work equally well independently or as part of a group
  • have a track record of success in developing business to business relationships
  • experience with grounds maintenance, property management, or related fields.
  • have a good understanding of the commercial service industry and the local landscape market
  • well organized and detail-oriented.
