Builder Contract Coordinator

Job Overview:


The Builder Contractor Coordinator is expected to be the primary contact for internal support of the operations team and the customer.  You will be expected to exercise discretion and judgment with minimal direction to maintain contract compliance and scheduling execution.




  • Maintain scheduling for the field throughout entire build using designated builder portals
  • Create new jobs to include all selections, scheduling, billing, and paper files
  • Audit all information provided by builder to ensure missing information is received & payment is accurate
  • Follow up with builders on all project and billing variances
  • Review and process any changes to the project and/or contract and communicate those changes to purchasing and the field
  • Provide pricing information to the production team for extra purchase orders
  • Prepare, update, and track spreadsheets/reports as needed for scheduling, billing discrepancies, and job tracking
  • Provide administrative support to the field as needed



Job Qualifications and Skills


  • Clear, effective communications skills – both written and verbal
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Preference for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Knowledge of Great Plains and Supply Pro a plus
  • Construction or plumbing knowledge a plus
