Description

R.T. Moore is hiring entry-level and experienced HVAC Technicians and Installers. We are looking for Installers who are able to confidently install residential and commercial equipment on a remodel or new construction job; an installer who has a positive attitude and works well with others to complete the work assigned with quality workmanship and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide an excellent customer experience by demonstrating RTMC core values.
• Able to install or replace heating and air conditioning equipment (residential, multi-family, new construction, remodel).
• Ability to replace ducting in homes/buildings and install new ducting
• Knowledge of HVAC codes
• Ability to take timely action to effectively solve problems, using established policies and procedures. Be a team player!

QUALIFICATIONS

 • Prior HVAC installation experience OR willing to learn
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Current driver's license and a good driving record
• Able to work with others
• Ability to handle stress and work effectively under pressure
 

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
