BMI Specialist
Description
The BIM Specialist role is responsible for providing a complete resource to RTMC and clients; while ensuring all models are accurate, consistent, and clash free. It is crucial for the BIM specialist to anticipate, identify, and resolve problems proactively.
DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Software
- Effectively utilize BIM software and tools for design, detailing, visualization, coordination, and construction
- Ensure Revit model accuracy as the model develops through design phases
- Collaborate and coordinate with design professionals of all trades throughout the project delivery
- Develop and maintain RTMC company BIM content standards and virtual procedures in design
- Create Revit systems for plumbing and mechanical designs for Multifamily projects
- Lead all BIM coordination meetings
- Conduct clash detection and conflict resolution
- Build something that matters

Education/Experience
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree from an Architectural or Engineering program
- 5+ years of construction experience
