What you will do:

  • Cooperate with brands from the e-commerce market in Australia;
  • Run regular meetings with clients to ensure premium customer service;
  • Execute customer communication through different communication channels;
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
  • Be responsible for customer success and long-term relationship;
  • Provide specific information regarding company’s services and products;
  • Assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge;
  • Provide data improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Experience (1+ year) in managing online advertising campaigns for Clients;
  • 3+ years of general work experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Interest in digital marketing/ e-commerce;
  • Working experience with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Multi-tasking, high energy, resourcefulness;
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn;
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
