Business Development Manager
What you will do:
- In short words your task will be to drive new clients and new revenue streams to RTB House;
- Generate sales to direct advertisers/media agencies by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure;
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (decision-makers) within the direct advertisers/media agencies environment;
- Comprehensively expand the portfolio of RTB House’s new customers;
- Lead product and offer presentations/pitches to direct advertisers/agencies;
- Analyse sales results and formulate sales strategies for different products to achieve desired growth.
- Substantial and demonstrable experience in digital marketing with specific knowledge of how online advertising works;
- Substantial sales experience in a B2B environment (4 years or significant client acquisitions that can prove your results);
- Knowledge how to sell branding solutions to direct advertisers and/or media agencies;
- Exceptional knowledge of the competitors’ product portfolio and an established network among professionals in marketing;
- Proven track record working with major brands;
- Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels;
- Confidence required to win the client in a very competitive environment;
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and major market trends; knowledge about programmatic will be an asset;
- Native or highly fluent Polish, fluency in English (B2 level).
