About the job

As RTB House Sales Manager / Director, you will be responsible for generating leads and sales by managing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. You will also be responsible for developing an understanding of client's needs and building long-term client relationships.

What you will do

  • Own full sales cycle - identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential and target new business of the highest value
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction based on consultative sales approach
  • Build effective networks across business areas to strengthen partnership with advertisers and agencies
  • Partner with technical and account management teams to help RTB deliver outstanding results
  • Proactively identify new solutions to strengthen RTB products and services
  • Represent RTB at key events and conferences and act as an influencer in digital marketing
What makes you successful for this role

  • 3 to 4 years of experience for Sales Manager / 6 to 8+ years of experience for Sales Director 
  • Deep understanding of Vietnam’s digital and performance marketing landscape and knowledge of local working cultures
  • Strong business relationships with advertisers and agencies
  • Strong understanding of retargeting will be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB model
  • Ability to understand customers’ needs and develop long-term relationships 
  • Creative problem-solving skills with ability to deliver innovative solutions
  • Strong influence with exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a proven track record of sales success
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work independently and develop the business
  • Self-motivation and high energy to keep up with the pace of RTB growth!
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese
