Account Executive, US at Adlook
Adlook is a startup built by RTB House and is focused on advertising for CPG brands.

Adlook wants to build on the technology developed by RTB House and disrupt the CPG ad tech space.
As an Account Executive you will build revenue for Adlook in the US market.
What you will do:
- Create new business opportunities, acquire budgets and launch campaigns, with special focus on Video Ad Sales to FMCG and CPG brands;
- Deliver revenue from new business and current portfolio and meet revenue targets through disciplined sales process and operational excellence;
- Hit and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals;
- Be a thought leader as it pertains to brand budgets;
- Internalize client / prospect business models and industry trends;
- Identify decision makers and create effective outreach which lead to revenue opportunities;
- Co-create account plans focused on breaking into ‘go get’ business and scaling ‘existing’ business;
- Attend conferences and events while elevating the company's new brand recognition through various channels including social media.
What is required:
- Experience in digital media with a focus on selling into branding budgets;
- Preferred: CPG industry experience and experience in video specific advertising;
- Understanding of advertiser and agency dynamic with an ability to triangulate all parties through curated outreach and messaging;
- Preferred: relationships with agency brand teams of major CPG advertisers;
- Strategic seller able to solve client problems through consultative approach;
- Type A personality - driven, success hungry, challenger;
- Ability to move fast and maximize outcomes in a challenging environment;
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical and decision-making skills;
- Extremely client facing - actively joining meetings.
