Regional Head of Sales APAC

As a leading marketing technology company RTB House develops a range of new products and our Sales team will be among those who bring these innovative solutions to the market.

The Head of Sales will report directly to the  Managing Director  APAC.

What you’ll do and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage, coach, and grow an enterprise sales team 
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets 
  • Identify business expansion opportunities in new verticals/industries, analyze market potential, and target new business of the highest value
  • Engage personally in the acquisition of key prospects
  • Take full responsibility for the sales cycle from prospecting to launch of the campaigns
  • Support account management team in managing client relationships 

Qualifications, qualities, and skills we look for:

  • 8-10 years of experience in the sales area (3 years in sales team management)
  • Prior experience in working with geographically distributed teams in a global organization 
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans
  • Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company
  • Strong influence with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead people with empathy while maintaining a challenging environment
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in the APAC market would be an additional asset
  • Industry and product knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and  RTB model would be an additional advantage
