Description

What you will do:

  • Fully manage accounts including client relationships, campaign management and optimizations;
  • Manage & lead client relationships including ‘face to face’ meetings, video, email and phone conversations; 
  • Work with Technical Account Managers to manage and optimize campaigns in order to achieve clients’ performance-based goals;
  • Consult clients on how to leverage RTB House’s full suite of full-funnel products and services;
  • Retain clients and proactively grow revenue to meet growth targets;
  • Monitor, analyze and provide custom reports to clients as-needed;
  • Support AMs and Sr. AMs on Enterprise accounts including campaign management & reporting;

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of general work experience;
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising or related field of study;
  • Client facing work experience is a plus;
  • Experience with Google Suite (Spreadsheets, Presentations) and/or MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Multi-tasking, high energy, resourcefulness;
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn;
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Interest in digital marketing/ e-commerce;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
