We kicked off in the Netherlands back in 2017 - now based out of the Mondriaan tower with the best views of Amsterdam (we’re on the 26th floor!) We have gradually grown to a dedicated team of 15+. Our Benelux clients include top-notch e-commerce brands in various verticals like Fashion, Travel and Electronics.

We’re growing rapidly here in Benelux and we’re looking for the right people to accompany us on this exciting journey!

At RTB House, we have recently launched our agency business and we are looking for an ambitious and talented Sales Manager Agencies to join our Benelux Agency team led by our VP of Agency Sales. If the description below fits your profile, we’d love to hear from you!

What Motivates You

  • You excel at selling high ticket and complex ad tech solutions (including video) to ecommerce & marketing teams at director-level at large media agencies;
  • You prospect and close new opportunities by using a consultative selling approach;
  • You enjoy working at a challenger in the market that has the ambition and offering to take the number 1 spot in digital advertising solutions.

What You'll Do And How You'll Make An Impact

  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing;
  • Deal with Directors and other decision makers at media agencies;
  • Contribute to the strategy and footprint of the next digital market leader in Benelux;
  • It’s all about teamwork! You will work closely with technical and account management teams within the company to ensure great performance of our campaigns.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • The media agency world has no secrets for you;
  • Self-motivated, positive achiever attitude;
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • A proven track record in B2B sales at tier-1 media agencies in the Benelux;
  • Thought leader in online advertising, e-commerce and/or online advertising industries;
  • Creativity and ability to build a vision with prospects;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French would be an advantage.
