Director, Account Management

What you will do:

  • Reporting into the Head of Account Management with an opportunity to manage and grow your own Account Management team;
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and high retention for all clients managed by the team;
  • Assist with generating new revenue from existing clients with upselling and cross-selling of new products;
  • Developing the team to reach operational and financial targets;
  • Supporting the team in regular performance reporting to clients, including QBR presentations;
  • Maintaining senior relationships with top accounts, influence client strategy and act as a leader in problem-solving in case of any significant issues;
  • Internal reporting on individual and market performance to the Head of AM and/or HQ;
  • Hold responsibility for reporting, forecasting, building and implementing processes;
  • Implement tools for enhancing account management processes and provide comprehensive training for the team;


  • At least 10 years in account management and/or digital marketing;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in people management and development, experience in building teams is a plus; 
  • Demonstrated success in offering outstanding client management and innovation leading to revenue growth (upselling) and customer retention;
  • Experience in managing very large clients, including relationship building with director level or C-level;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proven experience with data analysis; 
  • Ability to identify business opportunities/issues, design appropriate tests/analysis, and execute/optimize based on results;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Quality-first attitude, very high level of communication and presentation;
  • Desire to play a key role in a fast paced, high energy, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Positive, player-coach attitude, self motivated; 
  • Experience with target setting and evaluation is an asset;
  • Experience in recruitment is a plus!
