Administrative Assistant Turkey

As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage your own tasks and priorities independently and proactively seek ways of improving how we are operating.  

What you will do:

  • Providing general administrative support
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, memos and emails
  • Taking care of documentation workflow
  • Contacting landlord, vendors, and suppliers
  • Managing supplies and equipment
  • Cooperating with other departments, especially: Finance, HR, HQ Administration
  • Keeping track of team members expenses
  • Updating internal sources of information
  • Creating and/or updating local procedures
  • Organizing business trips
  • Managing office space strategy
  • Managing calendars of other associates


What we are looking for:


  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Advanced English and Turkish
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
