As a Technical Account Manager New Products for the APAC team, you will draw on your consultative problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to assist our clients and lead successful integrations of their e-commerce websites and mobile applications with RTB House. Additionally, you will support daily campaign optimization to ensure all client performance marketing goals are achieved.

Digital advertising or e-commerce background is a must. In addition, since we work in a collaborative environment and are in regular contact with various business and client teams, you need to be a great communicator ready to explain complex information to non-technical audiences.

We are looking forward to welcoming a new member to our fantastic team. Since we work remotely due to COVID-19, you will undergo a fully online onboarding. However, we will provide you with a mentor to support and guide you during your first weeks with us. Your daily tasks:

  • Leading the integration between RTB House’ tags and client websites/mobile apps to ensure proper tags installation (via Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, etc.);
  • Daily campaign’s optimization to ensure client marketing goals are met;
  • Collaborating with Sales & Account Managers to deliver client success and satisfaction;
  • Communicating with global Business & Technical teams.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript or Python;
  • Familiarity with the HTTP protocol;
  • Understanding of Excel (Lookup/Pivot table, standard formulas);
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital advertising (e.g., programmatic, AdTech, AdOps), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Chrome’s debugging console, Appsflyer / Branch is a big plus.
