CRM Analyst/Specialist

Description

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the in-house CRM specialist
• Managing quality and consistency of data
• Spotting ways to improve the usage of the CRM
• Customizing and pulling reports from the CRM
• Conducting training and workshops with sales representatives and CRM users
• Creating manuals and education materials on how to use the CRM
• Managing licenses, granting accesses, updating and maintaining stakeholder records within the CRM system
• Solving CRM issues in the organization
• Creating new processes and implementing them in the CRM system
• Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology


Skills:
• Expertise in the CRM software (especially Pipedrive)
• Ability to help figure out how to better integrate the CRM with internal platforms, systems as well as external tools
• The skill to resolve technical CRM issues, including responding to customization requests
• Organizational skills
• Collaboration and patience to serve as the bridge between different teams
• Strong writing skills to communicate with internal partners or even to write technical training manuals for end-users
• Public speaking skills that allow them to train others on CRM software
• Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data
• Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication
