Description

Role:

  • Mapping key stakeholders and building their profiles based on structured research;
  • Developing outreach plans for account based sales and marketing;
  • Executing outreach to build relationships with key stakeholders of largest global brands; 
  • Meeting sales KPIs;
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in direct new business sales of digital advertising solutions/tech solutions/SaaS to global brands; 
  • Optional: Knowledge of display/video advertising, programmatic / RTB model or Content & Influencer Marketing;
  • Experience with Solution Selling, SPIN, Account Based Selling methodologies for identifying  pain points and translating these into profitable solutions; 
  • Meticulous attention to detail in researching client stakeholders, planning and executing outreach;
  • Experience of working in a multinational environment;
  • High energy and entrepreneurial spirit; 
  • Good knowledge of Pipedrive or Salesforce;
  • Proficiency in English, plus proficiency in French or German will be an advantage; 
  • Sales experience with decision makers outside Poland will be an advantage;
What you will use in your work:
  • CRM - Pipedrive; 
  • Linkedin / Sales Navigator; 
  • G-Suite, in particular Google Sheets;
  • Various tools e.g. Paperflite, Dux Soup, Zoominfo, Lusha, Similarweb;
  • Internal knowledge systems, panels and portals;
