Sales Process Analyst
What you will do:
Support New Products Business Strategy team and work closely on regular operational topics presenting a global overview of the company;
Monitor, analyze, and provide insights on the implementation of the CRM and sales process best practices;
Conduct research and provide insights based on the analysis on the various sales-, product- and industry-related topics;
Take part in key learnings and knowledge sharing initiatives across Regions;
Manage day-to-day ongoing operational activities related to the sales process.
Minimum one year of experience in sales support, analytical, research or similar role;
Independence, accuracy, attention to detail, and proactivity;
The ability to communicate information and conclusions clearly and effectively;
Well-developed logical and analytical thinking competencies;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Ability to manage priorities within a matrix organization;
Working experience of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular);
Excellent presentation skills;
Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented personality;
Knowledge and/or experience in the digital and programmatic area will be nice to have;
Fluency in Polish and English.
