L&D Specialist - Development Program Consultant

Description


What you will do:

  • Create, implement, manage and run global learning paths based on training needs assessments for all Associates (below manager level),
  • Design and manage of learning & development programs for all Associates (below manager level) to be effective and with high quality,
  • Collect and analyze requirements from all stakeholders to meet business needs,
  • Design the program including its goal, description, measurement definitions, training materials and regular reporting,
  • Provide development training using the ability to apply adult learning methodologies,
  • Manage L&D programs, such as external training, language courses, webinars
  • Explore the market best practices and incorporate them within the company,
  • Build high-quality relationships with internal customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development area in multinational environment,
  • Experience in designing & implementing training programs for Associates (below managers level),
  • Trainer’s experience, preferably in selling and customer service,
  • Experience in applying a structured approach to project management,
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines,
  • Proactive, creative and can-do attitude,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluency in English is a must (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)
