Description:

As a Programmatic Operations Specialist you will be working closely with multiple technical and traffic teams in order to improve efficiency and optimizations across our US clients. You will report directly to the VP of Operations US and work closely with both international counterparts and local teams.

  • Development division: NodeJS, Vue.js, Automation with Selenium + Chrome WebDriver, MongoDB, CD/CI, Docker and Jenkins

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain internal reports according to Inventory PMP’s, publishers or SSP’s needs
  • Provide technical insights in connection with resolving issues for our current publisher integrations to clients as well as internal departments
  • Solve requests received through our ticketing system by identifying the best approach out of a number of alternatives and create new rules and processes when needed
  • Analyze data and make independent recommendations in connection with building reports to respond to local requests and analytic needs, using our GBQ databases
  • Provide basic technical insights and debugging for our current publisher integrations
  • Execution of daily tasks within our tech stack, implement automations, develop complex queries with data visualizations

What we are looking for:

  • A person with 3-5 years of experience in Ad Ops, Traffic Specialist or related role 
  • Able to work with independently while employing a high degree professional judgement
  • Effective communicator with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results on a specified timeline
  • Working knowledge of basic front end/web technologies - HTML, CSS, JS
  • Experience with Browser Dev Tools (ie. Chrome DevTools)
  • Willingness to explore and understand a complex technical environment
  • Basic knowledge in SQL
  • Experience with creating reports and dashboards
  • Experience using Google Workspace

Nice to have - if you are able to:

  • Implement automations and develop complex queries with data visualizations
  • Basic knowledge in web development stacks: preferably MEVN or MERN
  • Basic knowledge of Prebid JS integrations and ad server (mainly Google AdManager) debugging (preferred)
