Business Analyst - Agency Business Strategy & Operations

About the role:

Join the Agency Business Strategy & Operations team, supporting the development of new business lines across 30+ markets and working on a variety of strategically important topics, including:

  • Conducting research and providing insights to top management based on analysis of various sales-, product- and industry-related topics;
  • Contributing to implementation of CRM and sales process best practices;
  • Supporting priority deals with the largest advertisers and agencies;
  • Taking part in key learnings and knowledge sharing initiatives across regions and profit centers;
  • Contributing to development of new tools supporting sales processes and business analytics;
  • Developing various sales and marketing collateral and vertical-specific expertise.

Candidate profile:

  • Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Clear thinker and excellent communicator with fluent English;
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and demonstrated e2e ownership of streams/projects/tasks;
  • Minimum one year of experience in consulting, IB, business development or similar role;
  • Experience in programmatic advertising and/or media agencies will be nice to have.
