What you will do:

  • Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential and target new business of the highest value in Singapore & Malaysia
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build effective networks across business areas
  • Partner with technical and account management teams
  • Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction
  •  

Requirements:

  • 6 to 8+ years of experience for Sales Director 
  • We can consider 2 to 6 years of experience for Sales Manager 
  • Deep understanding of SEA’s digital and performance marketing landscape with strong knowledge of local working cultures and strong business relationships.
  • Strong understanding of retargeting will be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB model
  • Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company
  • Strong influence with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English
