As our new Sales Director/(Senior) Sales Manager you will have an opportunity to contribute to further expansion of one of the fastest growing and multiple international awards winning companies, growing fast in the mobile gaming domain:

What you will do:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House customers across several EMEA markets
  • Devise strategies on how to fulfil client’s needs, acquire new business and generate revenue by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, as well as advising on successful campaign management for the flagship titles,
  • Maintain relationships with senior decision-makers of the biggest publishers on the market, including social casinos, mid- to hardcore games domain and other relevant genres,
  • Help clients improve their advertising strategy and provide relevant retargeting recommendations to drive active payers IAPs/ARPPU and bringing back lapsed users and incremental payers conversions,
  • Deliver high quality customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction,
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts to internal RTB House stakeholders and report regularly on the status of both existing and potential customers campaigns,
  • Attend and leverage key industry events and conferences across the region,
  • Constantly develop industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with the digital advertising trends (with particular focus on the mobile gaming advertising environment),
  • Develop professional technical knowledge by attending international training sessions and webinars,
  • Partner with RTB House technical, account management, creative and other relevant teams.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Understanding of the mobile advertising industry, performance retargeting and re-engagement, video advertising, and the RTB process, esp. from full service (managed) DSP perspective,
  • Broad business contacts network within relevant top global mobile gaming studios across the region,
  • Successful sales experience in a B2B environment, esp. in mobile growth and gaming and AI technologies applications (the role offered will depend on the candidate’s seniority level),
  • Experience in establishing relationships with executives (C-suites) and other senior decision-makers and ability to understand and flexibly respond to customer needs and requirements,
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is a must while knowledge of other relevant clients’ languages will be deemed a strong asset,
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, presentation and negotiations skills – experience in public speaking or establishing own business is a plus,
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to translate client business goals into successful campaigns to exceed ambitious sales targets,
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate smoothly with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent results in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
  • Strong results-orientation, consultative approach and ability to work independently with positive can-do attitude in an international environment,
  • Degree/Masters or equivalent experience
