As an Operations Specialist, Account Management you will be working closely with our VP of Account Management and the AM team to develop processes, analyze financial data to develop forecasting, models and trends and areas for process improvement, and manage ad hoc projects - all with the goal of increasing team efficiency and process improvement If you are analytical, intrinsically motivated, and have an understanding of the digital ecosystem, this could be the perfect job for you!

 

What you will do:

  • Generate value for our clients by improving operations in the US account management organization.
  • Manage key initiatives and drive the implementation of new processes within the team and work cross-functionally to drive efficiency and excellence.
  • Be a thought partner for the local VP of Account Management and counterparts at Headquarters.
  • Improve results on a business unit level by running dedicated projects in account management.
  • Support the financial forecasting process by working with leadership and the Account Management teams, and providing insight on trends.
  • Support reporting of financial and business summaries for internal use, as well as for leadership 
  • Support reporting for the top clients by counseling the local account managers.
  • Speed up new products and services adoption by supporting upsell activities on a local level.

What is required:

  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or similar.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience or MBA.
  • Background related to project management, operations management, or process improvement with some experience in a respective role.
  • Excellence in prioritization and running projects end-to-end, ability to independently operationalize complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, and demonstrated understanding of advanced analytics and big data will be an asset.
  • Basic understanding of the digital marketing space.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to understand complex concepts.
  • Proactivity, independence, ability to cooperate with different teams, and strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, initiative, high energy, detail orientation, thoroughness.

Also appreciated:

  • Experience working in the online environment (preferably e-commerce) or basic knowledge of retargeting will be an asset.
  • Experience with data visualization beyond Excel/g-sheets.
