Responsibilities:

  • leading recruitment processes end to end;
  • ensuring adequate talent pipeline by using various sourcing techniques;
  • tracking pipeline activity and using available data to make recommendations on sourcing strategies;
  • partnering with Hiring Managers to understand hiring goals and create recruiting strategies;
  • contributing to local and global TA projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • minimum 3 months of experience in talent sourcing or end-to-end recruiting;
  • very good spoken and written English and Polish (at least B2 level);
  • willingness to learn;
  • proactive and can-do attitude;
  • good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills at all levels and cultures of the organization;
  • ability to work independently.
