Description

The Sales Development and Efficiency team is looking for a Team Leader for the Business Operations stream. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales Development and Efficiency and cooperating with the Management Board. 


What you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team responsible for internal global sales processes and tools (4 people);
  • Maintenance and development of existing processes and tools;
  • Analyzing, diagnosing and improving efficiency in business operations;
  • Supporting the Team in solving problems ;
  • Acting as a primary source of information and point of contact for the Team;
  • Creating learning & development and career paths for the Team;
  • Cooperating with stakeholders on various levels in order to drive changes in the organization.

What you will use in your work:

  • CRM - Pipedrive;
  • OTRS ticketing system;
  • Internal knowledge systems;
  • Internal panels and portals;
  • Excel, Google Data Studio.
