Description

What You'll Do: 

  • Managing HQ office lease strategy;
  • Planning the HQ administrative budget and efficient administrative cost management;
  • Implementing processes and cost optimizations;
  • Managing relationship with landlords, vendors and suppliers;
  • Managing HQ administrative projects;
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative policies and procedures in HQ;
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the HQ administrative team members
    (Office Team and Administrative Support Team);
  • Hiring, training, and being responsible for performance management for the HQ administrative team members;
  • Setting up OKR’s and performance tracking of HQ administrative team members,
  • Knowledge, skills development evaluation of HQ administrative team members,
  • Organization of internal administrative trainings and initiatives for HQ administrative team members.

 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • 10 years of experience in Administration;
  • 5 years of experience in team management;
  • Exceptional leadership, task and resource management skills;
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Positive, can-do attitude;
  • Advanced English;
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
