What you will do:

  • represent RTB House in Korea;
  • recruit and manage members of Korean team;
  • have full responsibility for RTB House performance in region;
  • implement both short-term and long-term market development strategy;
  • identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential, and target new business of the highest value;
  • maintain sales volume and adjust selling activities in line with the market situation;
  • effectively manage a team;
  • build efficient networks across business areas.


  • 6 years of professional experience;
  • experience in introduction and setting up foreign business in Korea;
  • 3 years of experience in effective team management;
  • an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business;
  • demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders;
  • ability to reconcile company guidelines with local market needs and specifics;
  • knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising markets in Korea;
  • ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company;
  • self-motivation, initiative, and high energy;
  • creative problem-solving skills;
  • fluency in English (C1 level)
