Marketing Project Coordinator

Description

What you will do:

  • coordinate cross-regional and cross-functional marketing projects on 70+ markets;
  • develop and establish plans, timeframes and procedures for marketing projects;
  • manage project delivery activities (monitoring progress, performing and overseeing tasks related to projects, ensuring the quality of projects);
  • coordinate workflow with business partners and company vendors on multiple markets;
  • conduct analysis, identify process gaps and provide recommendations for optimization;
  • support regional marketing teams in knowledge sharing and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

  • at least 6 years of marketing or communication experience (ideally with B2B or tech startup);
  • fluency in English;
  • experience in leading marketing projects internationally;
  • excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • working knowledge of B2B marketing;
  • ability to self-manage at a high level;
  • ability to work with cross-functional teams;
  • experience in working with digital marketing agencies would be an additional benefit.
