Sales Enablement Specialist (UK)

What you will do:

  • Supporting the sales teams;
  • Preparing, analyzing and presenting data and insights to drive decision making;
  • Proactively supporting salespeople with data, insights, research and presentations;
  • Provide market and prospect-based research;
  • Create and develop existing sales tools;
  • Perform CRM audits (preparing and generating reports of current sales activity);
  • Cooperate with marketing and other areas of the organization to increase sales efficiency;
  • Develop and support the client case study program.


  • Analytical problem solving skills;
  • Capability to work independently and proactively;
  • Experience in sales enablement roles: sales support, sales analysis, market analysis, market research;
  • The ability to communicate information and conclusions clearly and effectively;
  • Very well-developed skills of logical and analytical thinking;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to manage priorities within a matrix organization;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Strong organizational skills; 
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Slides / Docs;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Knowledge and / or experience in the field of digital and programmatic would be advantageous.
