Description

What you will do:

  • Manage cross-regional and cross-functional marketing projects on 70+ markets;
  • Manage project delivery activities (monitoring progress, performing and overseeing project tasks and ensuring project completion);
  • Develop and establish plans, timeframes and procedures for marketing projects;
  • Work creatively and collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, business, and product teams to develop marketing strategies and tactics that build a strong brand and product awareness and position the company as a global leader of MarTech solutions;
  • Partner with other teams and external vendors on different markets to deliver best-in-class content and results;
  • Design creative, customized activities to drive interest in 70+ markets using a multi-channel, integrated marketing approach with a variety of tactics;
  • Understand and translate detailed analysis of key performance indicators and business objectives into strategic initiatives, communication and campaigns;
  • Conduct analysis, identify process gaps and provide solutions for workflow optimization and improvement;
  • Shape the global communication of a pioneer organization co-creating the future of digital advertising;
  • Support regional marketing teams in knowledge sharing and implementing best practices.


What we look for:

  • At least 6 years of marketing or communication experience (including at least 2 years in B2B marketing or tech startup marketing);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience in leading marketing projects internationally;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Working knowledge of B2B marketing;
  • Ability to self-manage at a high level;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
  • Outstanding project management and coordination skills with the ability to track multiple, simultaneous projects and deliverables;
  • Successful track record in developing integrated marketing campaigns and executing programs to achieve sales goals;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with senior management;
  • Experience in PR and working with marketing agencies and external vendors would be an additional benefit.
