Account Manager, SEA
Description
What you will do:
- Hands-on day-to-day management of campaigns for existing clients. This includes day to day monitoring of campaign performance, trend and data analysis to ensure effective delivery and customer satisfaction;
- Proactively oversee the assigned portfolio of clients and identify growth and up-sell opportunities. Provide strategic advice to clients and conduct business reviews with clients;
- Develop and maintain client relationships. Successfully manage client communication and expectations throughout the campaign, and respond to customer request/inquiries inline with company standards and processes;
- Facilitate internal business processes in terms of reporting, tracking, and proactive billing/payment fulfilment
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience of success in driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and management;
- Understanding of ad tech and online advertising markets in Singapore/ Indonesia / SEA
- Experience in managing online advertising campaigns for clients, preferably in e-commerce, online travel, gaming & classifieds verticals;
- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles or customer service required;
- Proficiency in MS excel
- Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn;
- Knowledge of Bahasa to handle Indonesian clients will be a plus
