Description

What you will do:

  • Hands-on day-to-day management of campaigns for existing clients. This includes day to day monitoring of campaign performance, trend and data analysis to ensure effective delivery and customer satisfaction;
  • Proactively oversee the assigned portfolio of clients  and identify growth and up-sell opportunities. Provide strategic advice to clients and conduct business reviews with clients;
  • Develop and maintain client relationships. Successfully manage client communication and expectations throughout the campaign, and respond to customer request/inquiries inline with company standards and processes;
  • Facilitate internal business processes in terms of reporting, tracking, and proactive billing/payment fulfilment
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience of success in driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and management;
  • Understanding of ad tech and online advertising markets in Singapore/ Indonesia / SEA 
  • Experience in managing online advertising campaigns for clients, preferably in e-commerce, online travel, gaming & classifieds verticals;
  • Relevant experience in customer-facing roles or customer service required;
  • Proficiency in MS excel
  • Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn;
  • Knowledge of Bahasa to handle Indonesian clients will be a plus
