What you will do:
- office maintenance;
- take care of documentation workflow.
- performing administrative tasks as stated in the internal RTB House procedures;
- preparing and updating reports, presentations and any other documents as requested;
- researching topics as requested;
- checking compliance of solutions and/or other materials with internal and external standards;
- organisation and/or coordination of events, meetings and business trips;
- organising all necessary orders as requested;
- taking responsibility for processes and following procedures and guidelines;
- performing administrative on-and offboarding tasks;
- contact suppliers and vendors;
- performing tasks requested by associated, supported team’s members and cooperating with other departments;
- office maintenance;
- take care of documentation workflow.
What we are looking for:
- min 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- fluency in Italian;
- at least B2 level in English;
- fluency with Google office tools (e.g. Google Drive, Sheets);
- good organisational skills;
- good communication skills;
- strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities;
- positive, can-do attitude.
