Account Strategist
Description
What you will do:
- Cooperate with brands from the e-commerce market in the Greater China region;
- Run regular meetings with clients to ensure premium customer service;
- Execute customer communication through different communication channels;
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
- Be responsible for customer success and long-term relationship;
- Provide specific information regarding company’s services and products;
- Assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge;
- Provide data improvement and optimization.
- Experience (1+ years) in managing online advertising campaigns for Clients;
- 2+ years of general work experience;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Interest in digital marketing/e-commerce;
- Working experience with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
- Multi-tasking, high energy, resourcefulness;
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn;
- Positive, can-do attitude.
