Head of Sales Benelux

The Head of Sales will report directly to the Country Manager.

 

What you’ll do and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Engage personally in the acquisition of key prospects;
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets;
  • Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential, and target new business of the highest value;
  • Take full responsibility for the sales cycle from prospecting to launch of the campaigns;
  • Manage, coach, and grow an enterprise sales team;
  • Support account management team in managing client relationships;

 

Qualifications, qualities, and skills we look for:

  • A very experienced sales professional in the sales area (experience in sales team management);
  • Knowledge of and experience in performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB (Real Time Bidding) model;
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans;
  • Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company;
  • Strong influence with exceptional negotiation and communication skills;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business;
  • Creative problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to lead people with empathy while maintaining a challenging environment;
  • Fluency in English & Dutch;
  • Experience and existing network in the market would be an essential;
  • Industry and product knowledge would be an additional advantage;
  • Experience in hiring and training people;
